My website is not secure. SSL certificate doesn't work. What can I do?

Please send us a quick email.
We will re-order your SSL certificate. Some hours later it should work.

If not there is another reason. Please send us a screenshot of your DNS settings. We should be able to identify if there is something wrong there.
