As mentioned in the first article about the Guest Guide, there are some standard elements in our Guest Guide but you can also create your own elements. Content blocks are sections in your Guest Guide, which you can customize to offer the information you think is relevant to your guests.
Set up standard elements
If a default section is not useful for your vacation rental, you can deactivate it by clicking on the green button. You can also determine the period during which each section should be available to your guest in the Guest Guide.

Add custom elements
You may add your own content blocks to your Guest Guide. See instructions below.
1) Click on "Create"
1a) Choose a Template or create a personalized section from scratch
2) Enter the Title
Write the name of the section, as short as possible. These titles will appear on the Guest Guide's initial page. In order to keep it appealing, we recommend that you enter only one or two words. See example below: "Welcome". We have also entered the translation for our Spanish-speaking guests: "Bienvenidos".
Write your content and center the paragraph with the option "Align center". You can change the font color, size, underline text, etc.
You can also include emojis, images, videos, links and iframes. The possibilities are unlimited. For example, you can include a link to be contacted by WhatsApp, a link to a blog with recommended restaurants, an interesting tour video and much more.
4) Determine the display period and the properties
a) Indicate when this item should be available to your guest in your Guest Guide.
b) Select which properties is this element for. You can select one, several or all of your units.
5) Choose the icon for this item
If you have other icons that you would like to include, choose them from this list: https://thenounproject.com/ and let us know so we can add them.
6) Activate element
If you want this content block to be available starting now, please activate it. Otherwise, deactivate it and continue working on it later. Save.
Go to Preview to preview your Guide. We will take a reservation from your Cockpit to show an example of your Guest Guide.
I need the URL link to send the Guest Guide, how can I do this?
Find the Booking, enter into Details to find the Guest Guide link. From this page you can quickly copy and paste the Guest Guide URL link to a guest immediately:
