Guest App Cross Selling Tool

Smoobu allows you to sell whatever product or service you would like to offer through the electronic guest app that comes with our platform. As of now, all extra items can be offered and purchased both on your website - while a guest is booking his stay- or later, through the Guest App. 

Even if only direct booking guests are able to access your additional items offer at the moment of booking, your Airbnb and Booking.com guests can also purchase products and services at a later stage from your Guest App.

Create additional items

Follow the path settings - booking tool 

Then click on "Additional items + "

Now you can basically create whatever product / service you would like to offer whether it is in your guest app, in your booking tool or in both.

Where can I offer additional items? 

• Website (called: booking-tool)
• Guest App (called: guest-app)
• Both (called: All)

Important! Make sure to have "Additional Items" enabled in your guest app settings
