We are sorry to hear you need to remove your property from Smoobu. If that's the case, see below the steps to disconnect.
Step 1: Disconnect from booking portals / OTAs.

Airbnb - you can disconnect on Airbnb.com site. Follow the path "user account" - "connected apps" and deactivate / delete the connection from there. Detailed steps here

1) In Booking.com Extranet please disconnect the interface at booking.com under –> Account –> Connectivity Provider –> Disconnect Smoobu
2) In Smoobu to go Settings –> Booking Portals –> Edit booking.com –> remove the listing to the option 'Not connected' and then click Save
You should do both steps to get your notifications directly from Booking.com again.
1) In Expediapartnercentral
Click on Rooms and Rates -> Connectivity Settings Deactivate -> Smoobu GmbH as channel manager
2) In Smoobu
Go Settings –> Booking Portals –> Edit Expedia –> remove the listing to the option 'Please Select' and then click "Save".
1) In Smoobu delete all iCal links on the right-hand side.
2) In HomeAway
Open your HomeAway Extranet in new site or tab
Click on calendar and select right property
Click on import calendar icon - delete all iCal links per property
***Important note***: before doing step 2 please make sure to Export your reservations if necessary and/or take screenshots of your Statistics section. Please consider that after you delete a unit we will not be able to retrieve it and all stored information will be permanently deleted from our software.
Step 2: Delete property from Smoobu
Head to settings - accommodation and delete the unit by clicking on the trashcan icon.
