If all steps have been followed, allow us to present a few possible scenarios before you submit a ticket:
Case 1
A very common error is for the assistant to download the app first and try to accept the permission from a mobile phone from their Smoobu app.
This usually leads to some confusion, assistants might create new trial accounts and that is not what they need.
Solution
As an assistant, please accept a permission from your PC. You will be redirected to a page where you are asked twice for a password (no email address requested). That is, Password and Password confirmation.
