Perhaps you need to make a change to your Airbnb account, however the setting is greyed out as it is connected to a channel manager? If so, you can temporarily disconnect the connection with Smoobu. Know that you will need to manually reconnect it again, once the changes have been made.
Please note: There are x2 styles of interfaces of Airbnb accounts. If Option 1 instructions below don't work, then you may have the classic Airbnb account interface - and the Option 2 instructions will apply.
Option 1: New Airbnb interface
You might be in a country where Airbnb has already changed their interface. If so, you should follow these steps:
1. Select listings by ticking the white box on the left hand side.
2. Click on 'Edit selected' on the upper right-hand side.
3. Go to 'Sync settings'
4. Select 'Disconnect' and click on 'Save'.
Make your changes to your Airbnb account, then repeat the steps above but this time choose "Only sync pricing and availability"/save.
To reconnect:
1. Select listings by ticking the white box on the left hand side.
2. Click on 'Edit selected' on the upper right-hand side.
3. Go to 'Sync settings'
4. Select "Only sync pricing and availability" and click on 'Save'.
5. To reconnect in Smoobu, go back to your Smoobu account.
5.a) In Settings - Booking portals - Airbnb EDIT. Unmap (deselect the unit listing) + click on save
5.b) In Settings - Booking portals - Airbnb EDIT. Remap (select the listing) + click on save
6. Then allow 5 minutes, and go back to Airbnb.com to check if your sync status has been set to 'Connected'.
If these instructions do not work/apply to your Airbnb account, you might have the Classic Airbnb interface. See below
Option 2: Classic Airbnb interface
Go to your listings and then click on the box "Smoobu sync" top right-hand corner. Next to the unit you will find three dots. Choose "Stop sync"

3. Make the changes to your Airbnb account.
To reconnect:
1. Then to reconnect, repeat the steps above but choose to sync with Smoobu again.
2. Finally, go back to your Smoobu account.
