The Smoobu native app is now available for download on the App Store ! 🎉🎉

Once you have downloaded it you will be able to manage your properties from your iPhone without a problem.

To start please just enter your account details such as your email and password in this page: 

Once inside, you will arrive to our Homepage view where you will find all general information of your properties.

From here on out you can see the different tabs and find all information that is displayed in our Webpage: Statistic, Calendar and Messages are easy to access in our down placed bar:

Lastly, In our menu tab, you will find access to all important management tabs:
 

Host Management

• Properties: Where you can add new properties to Smoobu
• Portals: Connect Smoobu with your portals
• Prices: Where you can synchronises prices and min. stay
• Bookings: See an overview of all your reservations
  
  

Guest Management

• Contact: Create contact details for your guest
• Guest Guide: Create a platform around your guest's stay
• Communication: Define messaging settings and create your templates
• Online Check-in: Ask your clients for check-in data for official institutions.

Adiministration

 Here you will find all relevant tools to set and edit your permissions ( for assistants or property owners) and the invoice settings.

My Account

Access to your account details and permissions.

Lastly, if you are facing a problem with the management of your account, have a question or need assistance setting up something in your account you will wind our Support tab here.

For people still interested to us the Web App version on their phones here is a guide to do so: 

The Web App version is still available and offers the same features as the native app. You can easily save the Web App to your home screen by following these instructions.

How to quickly access my Smoobu from my iOS device?

You can always create a shortcut on your phone's home screen to easily access your Smoobu account anywhere, anytime.

1. Go to your Safari browser and open the login of your Smoobu account. Enter your credentials.
2. Click on the Upload icon on the bottom of the page 
3. Click on “Add to Home Screen”
4. Starting now you can open Smoobu from your home screen
