It is designed to provide comprehensive information and guidance for a wide range of use cases, therefore we encourage you to get testing with our publicly available API.

Wanting to find a particular API? First try the search function to match a keyword. To use it, it is located on the lefthand side of the docs:
API Keys and credentials
For Professional (subscriber) users: In your Smoobu account go to Settings / For Developers and find your authentication / API keys.
For Trial users: If you are a new user, welcome to Smoobu! If you wish to obtain your API keys, please write to our team: Open a support ticket »
Kindly provide the reason/example for requiring the API keys.
Our 14 day free trial includes all API connections, and we highly recommend you to test the system. More information on Smoobu pricing and features are found here.
Clarification on Smoobu's support capacities

Product and Dev Team Focus: Our Product and Dev Team concentrates on product development, functionality releases and security releases. We cannot provide personalized support or answer queries about custom development via our API. However should you identify a bug stemming from the API docs or the response you get from a call to our Smoobu API, please open a ticket with us and we will escalate it.

Customer Service Team Focus: The Customer Service Team specialises in typical onboarding processes and account queries, but it does not extend to coding and individual development support. Our primary focus is to assist the average user with general inquiries and support requests.
