As portals such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo are connected to Smoobu in different ways, you might wish to add extra info to your bookings. The steps below are also valid if you wish to edit some of the information.

Some considerations: These steps will edit the booking details for the specific booking only. Have a returning guest? You may wish to also edit their in details in the Contacts tab.
Booking Details
First, you will need to go to the booking details for each guest. To do so, can be done via the Search, Cockpit, Calendar, or Bookings tab.
For example, from the Cockpit, first click on the booking itself, followed by Details:
Adding/editing guest email, language, and number of adults and children
1) Start by clicking pencil and the top of the booking
2) You will a place to enter guest email, language, and number of adults and children. Save when done.
Adding financial details
1) Start by clicking pencil and the top of the booking
2) Click the Price dropdown
3) Enter how much the guest paid in the Price box.
By ticking the box next to Price, you will be marking the booking as “Paid”. Please read our guide here: How can I track payments I have received?
Save.
The prices manually entered will be considered in the Statistics page.
Adding other details such as Notes, guest phone, and assistant instructions
1) Start by clicking pencil and the top of the booking
2) Click the Details dropdown
3) Enter any notes, guest phone, and assistant instructions and Save
