Notification Types
There are several issues that Airbnb could flag within your Airbnb account and listings.
At Smoobu, we receive a Subject and Type of issue, which will help you understand the scope of the change required. On the Description column you the affected listing name will be displayed. Lastly, for convenience, feel free to click on the External Link button. It will redirect you to the Airbnb listing where to conduct the changes.
See below some notification examples:
- Listings under warning: User needs to go to the Airbnb account to review the violations.
- Listings pending removal: These listings are pending removal by Airbnb on a given date, reviewing those is imperative.
- Listings can be reactivated: Listing was suspended due to violations and now it can be reactivated.
How to take action
At the far right, please click External Link. This will redirect you to the Airbnb listing which requires changes.
