 Airbnb 

Once you are connected with Airbnb API, you can enter/edit your cleaning fee or price per extra guest in for Airbnb by going to Smoobu Settings - Booking Portals - Airbnb: Additional price settings

Your Website

If you wish to add fees for extra guests or a cleaning fee for your website, you can do so in Smoobu - Settings - Booking system

Other portals

If you wish to add fees for extra guests for other portals, the fees for extra guest or cleaning fee is added in that portal's partner website directly (not in Smoobu)

Extra guest fee - their rates work with the base rate having the maximum number of possible guests, and reduces the price for each less guest. This format is the opposite to most portals, so we suggest you call Booking.com and ask them to change the base rate to minimum occupancy (flip the base rate format).
This way, your standard base rate will be established for the minimum number of guests, and ask to add a price per extra guest.
