Once you've signed up, you'll be able to test Smoobu Professional completely for free for 14 days. No credit card details, no obligations. You can try Smoobu with all of its features included - with no restrictions. 

If you decide not to subscribe, after the free trial is over you will not be charged. 

Subscription to a paid plan

If you decide to subscribe to a paid plan, you can choose between 3 different plans:

• Professional Flex

• Professional Pre-paid

• Teams Pro+

Our Professional Pre-Paid plan is our main plan and it offers all the tools and Smoobu features you need to succeed in your business. The price for the first unit is 35 EUR per month, and the cost for each unit from the second is 12 EUR per month

Our Professional Flex plan offers the same features as the Professional Pre-paid Plan. The main difference is that the first unit costs 29 EUR per month instead of 35 EUR and there is a 0,9% bookings commission.

Our Teams Pro+ plan has a first-unit cost of 55 EUR per month and it includes 2 write-access Accounts, 2 free months of our dynamic pricing solution, and our e-invoice generating tool included.

How to quantify bookable units 

An accommodation for Smoobu can be a room, a house, a flat, an apartment or anything bookable. You can think of it as a  “unit that can be booked by a guest(s)". If you have 2 rooms and you sell them separately, so they can be booked simultaneously by 2 different guests, then you have 2 units.

You are qualified for an individual quote if you manage more than >20 properties.

Pricing examples

In general, the price always depends on the number of bookable units you manage. 

For each plan, there are 3 options: Monthly, Yearly or 2-year plan. An yearly subscription is discounted by 10% and the 2-years plan by 20%. Both are paid for the year upfront and they are non-refundable.

Here below we would like to show you an example of the costs for our 3 plans, having 3 units and choosing a monthly subscription.

Flex: 29 EUR per month for 1 unit + 12 EUR per month for every additional property + bookings commission

An account with 3 units will cost: 29 + 12 + 12 = 53 EUR per month + bookings commission

As an example, we can consider an average price of 90 EUR per night and an occupancy rate of 40%, resulting in 1080 euros revenue per month. In this example, your commission pay out would be 97,20 EUR.

Pre-paid: 35 EUR per month for 1 unit + 12 EUR per month for every additional property, no booking commission applies

An account with 3 units will cost: 35 + 12 + 12 = 59 EUR per month 

Teams Pro+: 55 EUR per month for 1 unit + 12 EUR per month for every additional property, no booking commission applies 

An account with 3 units will cost: 55 + 12 + 12 = 79 EUR per month
