If you wish to add Additional costs or fees for your website bookings, you can with ease!
For Cleaning Fee, Prepayment, and Extra Guests - you can add these into the fields on the Booking Tool settings page:
To add a setting for an Additional Item
Adding an additional item can be very useful, as they are automatically added to the booking. There are two types of costs to add 'Required' (only for website) vs. 'Optional' (Website and Guest App).
If the cost you're adding is non-negotiable, then define it as 'Required'
Examples include: Local Tax, Credit card handling fee, Refundable Security Deposit, etc
If the cost you're adding is an optional choice, then define it as 'Optional'
Examples include: Pet fee, parking fee, breakfast, bottle of wine, etc
You can add these from the Booking Tool settings page, Additional Items '+' button (example below)
For your portals: additional fees for the portals should be entered in the portal extranets as for Booking.com or Expedia. An exception is Airbnb, as you can enter your additional fees from Smoobu by going to Settings - Booking portals - Airbnb Price Synchronisation.
