    Please note this is a help centre for guides, as written above we need "If you would like to cancel your Smoobu subscription, please kindly contact us in writing by sending an email to service@smoobu.com"

    It is only by chance I happened upon this comment. As stated on this guide, cancellations need to directed to service@smoobu.com only. We will await your email.
