How to cancel my Smoobu subscription?
If you would like to cancel your Smoobu subscription, please log into your account to Cancel your Subscription.
Cancellations are not taken over the phone. Disconnecting portals, deleting properties, non-usage, and removal of your payment method does not cancel the subscription.
What is the effect of cancelling my subscription?
By cancelling, your Professional plan will not renew and you will be reverted a Basic version at the end of your current billing period. You may keep your Basic (free) account to activate it at another date.
If you have any open invoices please ensure they are paid prior to cancelling. You can check your Smoobu invoices and its status in your Smoobu session: Settings - Account - Click here to access Smoobu invoices. Any Accounting questions, please email accounting@smoobu.com (response time is 5 working days).
After cancelling the subscription no new invoices will be created, and your Professional plan ends with the last day of the current billing cycle.

Please note this is a help centre for guides, as written above we need "If you would like to cancel your Smoobu subscription, please kindly contact us in writing by opening a ticket"
It is only by chance I happened upon this comment. As stated on this guide, cancellations need to directed to our ticketing system only. We will await your ticket.
