Vikey the self check-in revolution
Hosts can say goodbye to city crossings, schedule changes, cancelled flights, snags and long waits... all at the cost of a single check-in.
The check-in is the most delicate phase of the reception, it is the first impression that the that the guest has of the host and of the apartment and it will determine the enjoyment of the entire stay.
To make life easier for hosts and guests Vikey has developed an IoT technology that automates every step of the 24/7 check-in process by enabling remotely open the front door of homes, apartments and hotel rooms. hotel rooms. It is also able to enable the guest to open themselves autonomously via cell phone.
How does it work?
From the Vikey management portal, go to "Integrations" and then click on "Add" in the box relating to Smoobu.
At this point you must enter your credentials to continue and integrate your apartments.
At the moment there are no apartments associated yet, but to be able to show you how it will be, I send you an example related to Booking.
From the "Integrations" page you can see the active integrations
You will then need to link your apartments to your Vikey account in order to import your reservations.
By clicking on "Add" you can then already set some parameters such as "Send email", "Request tourist tax payment" etc.
