Smoobu provides unlimited Assistant accounts for cleaning staff/housekeepers/partners/owners to log into their own Smoobu account, with Read-Only access (and some permissions) - as well as automated notifications you can customize to keep your team informed about upcoming check-ins and check-outs.
Assistants may also reply on your behalf if you choose to grant permissions to message guests.
Each of the accounts is personalized. You choose which Accommodation each user has access to and what information they can see. The maximum access is, for now, to the Cockpit calendar and the list of Bookings.
