What is Beyond / BeyondPricing?

BeyondPricing is a dynamic price management software.

Now you can easily sync your Beyond Pricing account with Smoobu.

Remember that you need to be registered with BeyondPricing to connect it to Smoobu

How to connect to BeyondPricing?

Connecting Beyond Pricing gives greater control over pricing. 

Here are the simple steps to connect Beyond Pricing to Smoobu:

1) On your Smoobu account, go to Settings > Integrations > Beyond Pricing and fill in the details per property: Address, Rooms and Beds, and Amenities

2) Click "Connect" to generate an API key. Example below:

3) On your Beyond Pricing click on the "Link Another Account" button and choose Smoobu.

4) Enter your Smoobu's email address and API key. 

5) Click "Link Account" and Beyond Pricing will start importing your listings.

To note: Beyond Pricing will only work if there is pricing information to overwrite in Smoobu.

So our recommendation is that you manually set a base price in Smoobu, and then Beyond Pricing will overwrite it. Click here to enter your Prices in Smoobu. 

Want to import pricing from a portal to use as your base prices? If you have spent time adding pricing into a portal and don't want to manually add it into Smoobu again, you can transfer prices from a portal (like Airbnb) as your base price.

To refresh the listing: in Beyond / User settings / Accounts / Refresh
