Longitude - latitude error
Assuming you have already added your address in Smoobu
Smoobu / Settings / External Integrations / PriceLabs
Or click here: https://login.smoobu.com/en/integration/edit/2
Add the Address (this creates your Longitude and Latitude)
Make sure to do this for each listing individually if you have more than 1 listing.
Choose from the drop-down arrow under heading: Property Details
Then click on Save
Reimporting new data for listings (refresh)
If you have added the lat/long and it is still not working - you may need PriceLabs to pull this new information again. Please repeat these steps:
- From the Pricing Dashboard, click on the "+Add/Reconnect listings" button.
- Select PMS/Channel manager.
- Search for Smoobu from the dropdown.
- Enter your Smoobu API key
- Click Connect.
Missing prices
PriceLabs will only send prices if there is pre-existing pricing information to overwrite in Smoobu.
Our recommendation is that you set a base price in Smoobu, and then PriceLabs will overwrite it.
The PriceLabs connection will only start working if there is some data in the Smoobu Prices calendar first to overwrite.
If you have a connection with one of the portals like Booking.com or Airbnb, and you don't want to spend time setting prices in Smoobu only for it to be overwritten by PriceLabs, you can import the portal pricing. Then await the PriceLabs Sync to overwrite it.
Currency issues
Important: Before you start, please make sure to set up your currency in Settings / Booking System
If you have changed your currency and it is still not working - you may need PriceLabs to pull this new information again. Please repeat these steps:
1. In PriceLabs, click the blue "Connect your PMS" and enter Smoobu details again.
2. This action will import the newly added location info
3. Click on 'Sync Now' to initiate a manual sync which will then allow Pricelabs to pull the new lat/long data from Smoobu.
