How to delete (cancel) or modify a blocked period or a Direct Booking

Have you entered a blocked period or a direct booking from Smoobu that you now want to delete or modify? Nothing could be easier, there are 2 ways to do this.

Option 1) Calendar tab

Go to your Calendar tab (or direct link from here) , scroll down until your Calendar and search for the Blocked period (grey color) or the Direct booking (green color) you wish to modify or delete.

Blocked Period - Click on the greyed area and select 'Unblock'. This will open the dates.

Direct Booking - Click on it and select 'View more'. You will be redirected to the booking details > Click 'Cancel' to delete or 'Edit' to modify.

Option 2) Bookings page

Go to the Bookings tab on the left menu (or direct link from here) and look for the blocked period or Direct booking to Edit or Cancel. You might want to use the filters or the search bar.

Once you have found it, click on the Guest's icon or name (in my example, Maria Romana) and Edit or Cancel. 

Then, Confirm cancellation.
