How to delete (cancel) or modify a blocked period or a Direct Booking

Have you entered a blocked period or a direct booking from Smoobu that you now want to delete or modify? Nothing could be easier, there are 2 ways to do this.

Option 1) Cockpit page

Go to your Cockpit page (or direct link from here) , scroll down until your Calendar and search for the Blocked period (grey color) or the Direct booking (green color) you wish to modify or delete.

Click on it and it opens the list with the entry Edit or Cancel, like this screenshot below:

Then, Confirm cancellation.

NEW!: In case you wish to move the reservation (dates or property) you can now drag and drop!

Option 2) Bookings page

Go to the Bookings list on the left menu (or direct link from here) and look for the blocked period or Direct booking to Edit or Cancel. You might want to use the filters or the search bar.

Once you have found it, click on the Guest's icon or name (in my example, Maria Romana) and Edit or Cancel. 

Then, Confirm cancellation.
