In some destinations, Feratel is working with the new Feratel MeldeClient system. This is a technical solution through which hosts of vacation rentasl can map all relevant processes online.
Now there is an integration of the Feratel MeldeClient in the Smoobu software for vacation rentals. This makes it even easier for hosts to automate the sometimes tedious issue of reporting forms.
Connect Feratel Meldeclient with Smoobu
In your Smoobu account, go to Settings - Integrations & Partnerships - Feratel MeldeClient. There you will find all the necessary settings and a short tutorial.
First you have to contact your local tourist administration or registration office. The following formulation is sufficient for this:
I want to connect Smoobu - my vacation rental management software - with Feratel MeldeClient. For this I need the company ID and the community ID/organization ID. Please activate Smoobu and me for this. You can send the access data to me, so that I can enter them in my Smoobu account.
Hopefully, in response, you'll get confirmation that this is working. For this, there are a set of numbers you need to correctly link your accommodations to our software.
One number for the business/company and one number for each accommodation. These can be partly the same, for example if the objects are located in one building. But they can also be different. It is also possible to link multiple companies to one Smoobu account.
Fill in all the fields and especially choose the right country of your accommodation, if not already done.
That's it!
Create booking form directly in Smoobu via FeratelWebclient
Click on a booking or go to the booking details page of a booking.
A new Update button will appear, which you need to click.
Complete the data and save the whole thing. Please make sure that all mandatory fields are filled in, otherwise you will get an error message.
As you can see, it's easier than ever. With the connection of Feratel MeldeClient to Smoobu, creating a report form is almost fun ;)
