What is Nuki?

Nuki smart door locks help hosts like you to secure their home while simplifying the check-in and check-out processes of your vacation rental.

Why would you use this integration?

The integration with Smoobu is so simple that you can leverage the full-power of Nuki and Smoobu easily. Generate automatically a unique Nuki access code for each booking in Smoobu and send the code automatically the guest.

Purchasing a lock

To purchase a Nuki lock, you can do so here: Amazon Store or https://shop.nuki.io/en/ 

 

Steps to connect:

1. Log into your Nuki Web Account

2. Click Short Term Rental followed by Connect Now. You will see a list of partners. 

3. Find Smoobu and click Link to connect Nuki to Smoobu. You will be redirected to Smoobu.

4. Log into Smoobu (if you have not already done so) and confirm the connection to Smoobu.

5. Back in Nuki, click Short Term Rental on the left side of your Nuki account. You will see a list of your accommodations from Smoobu.

6. Click on one accommodation and link your desired Nuki device. You can further customize things like when the invitation is sent to the guest and which notifications, you, wish to receive.

7. Save

Sending you Nuki pin from Smoobu

Add the placeholder [nukiPin] to your automated messages in Smoobu. 

To do so, click Settings / Communication / Create.

Please note:

1. In order to use Nuki and this integration, you will need to activate Nuki Smart Hosting.

2. You must have a keypad for the placeholder [nukiPin] to send. No keypad means no use for the placeholder code.
