Connect FeratelMeldeClient with Smoobu

Feratel MeldeClient works in most places that cooperate with Feratel.

Therefore, please contact the local tourist office that is responsible for registration forms.

Use the following text module: "I would like to connect Smoobu - my vacation rental management software - with Feratel MeldeClient. For this I need the company number and the municipality number. Please activate Smoobu and me for this. You can send the access data to me, so I can store them in my Smoobu account."

Once you have received the necessary data, please enter it under Smoobu - Settings - External Integrations - Feratel MeldeClient. Don't forget to select the correct country. After that you can create the appropriate reporting forms in the booking details page.

How to create a reporting form ?

To create a reporting slip, you have to click on the name of the customer of the booking in question under "Booking". Then click on "Update" in the booking details.

After you have entered all the necessary data into the Smoobu form, you should click on "Allow card production" / "Erlaubt Kartenproduktion".

This will send the data to FeratelMeldeClient. Then you can click on "Accept as report" / "Als Meldeschein akzeptieren" in the booking details and that's it. The report can then be printed in Feratel because all the data has been transferred.
