Looking to increase your bookings on Airbnb?

Introducing Smoobu’s newest feature, Airbnb Opportunities!

What are Airbnb Opportunities? 

Based on Airbnb’s research on travel trends and guest preferences in your local area, Airbnb has come up with tailored recommendations for your listing(s). Airbnb’s recommendations include:

• Suggested amenities (cribs, laptop-friendly workspace, heating, etc)
• Suggested discounts (weekly, monthly, early-bird, etc)
• And more!

The opportunities are based current trends of what Airbnb knows guest search for, so we encourage you to periodically check back for updated opportunities.

How to access Airbnb Opportunities?

In your Smoobu account:

1. Click Settings / Booking Portals / Airbnb "edit"
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see Opportunities.

Each opportunity has a subject, short description and which listing or listings the opportunity pertains to.

How to apply an opportunity to your listing(s)

Here is how to apply a an opportunity, in this case for a weekly discount:

1) Click the blue Apply button at the far right. 

2) Select which listing or listings you wish to apply the opportunity for by clicking in listings box and selecting

3) Enter the discount

4 ) Save!

5) Repeat steps 1-4 for as many opportunities as you wish
