Before you get started
- You must connect with an account of a listing owner. Co-hosts accounts cannot be connected.
- In order to establish the connection, your listings must be set to Listed on Airbnb.
- If you are using "Smart pricing" Airbnb will set your prices back to base price.
- If you are using "Rule-sets", please note these will be cleared from your Airbnb calendar, and you will need to re-apply them again to any desired dates.
- You will be switched to Simplified pricing (which is even better for you). This measure excludes the US, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay, The Bahamas, Argentina and Taiwan. See more information on Airbnb's fees here.
Instructions
1. Go under Configuration - Booking portals
a) If you don't yet see Airbnb under My portals, add Airbnb as a portal
b) if Airbnb is already under My portals, click on Edit
2. Click on "Connect accounts"
3. You will be redirected to Airbnb. Confirm the connection in Airbnb.
4. Map your Smoobu and Airbnb properties below (you might have to click on "Reload").
Now all of your Airbnb reservations will be imported into Smoobu. Read here our Beginners guide
Connect more than one Airbnb account to Smoobu
Do you have more Airbnb accounts to connect? You can connect multiple Airbnb accounts if needed.
- First log out of the already linked Airbnb account at www.airbnb.com
- Log in to the other Airbnb account you wish to connect to Smoobu on www.airbnb.com
- Go back to Smoobu to Configuration - Booking portals - Edit Airbnb.
- Click on Add new account
- Now accept the connection
- Under Accommodations, click on Reload
- Assign each airbnb listing to the corresponding Smoobu property
- Click Save to Smoobu

I tried to check this app and I downloaded , unfortunately one of my houses reserved the caller dar on Air bnb and from not available they became available again the dates . Could you please disconnect for now until I know how to us the system my property connected with your site
