Enable Airbnb's automatic reviews for guests

In this article we will go over the few steps necessary to enable automatic reviewing of your guests on Airbnb. Reviewing your guests on Airbnb dramatically increases your chances of receiving a review back which is crucial for Airbnb's algorithm. 

How does it work?

48 hours after checkout of any guests from Airbnb, Smoobu will send one automatic 5🌟 review from the template pool. This gives you a 2 days window to send manual review in case that you are not satisfied with default the 5⭐ review.

Enabling reviews for your Airbnb account

1. Go over Airbnb's Additional Settings
2. Select "Automated Reviews" Tab
3. Click on "Choose Templates" and select at least one template
   
4. By clicking on "Submit", automated reviews will be automatically activated for your account

Send a manual review

Even though Smoobu will automate most of your guests reviews, there might be times when you want to send a manual review for a specific reservation. If this is the case, please follow these simple steps.

1. Go over the booking details of any reservation that has ended less than 48 hours ago
2. Scroll down to the review section of the booking
3. Click on "Send manual review"
   
4. You can now send a manual review for this booking
