You need to disconnect your listings from Smoobu and Airbnb sync. Obviously we would like to hear why. In general we do not do any changes to your Airbnb accounts in case you are seeing something has been adapted. However, Airbnb may do so in some cases which applies for all channel managers. Contact us and we will make sure to help out.
Nevertheless, if you do need to disconnect, you have two options. Please note that once you disconnect we will not be able to see whatever happened before or help you with any kind of issues. Always better to contact us first.
Option 1: From within Airbnb
The easiest is to do so from within Airbnb as you will always have access to it. Also in case you Smoobu account has expired.
Airbnb customer service may have told you this was not possible. However, it is quite straightforward. You can disconnect on your Airbnb.com site. Follow the path "user account" - "connected apps" and deactivate / delete the connection from there.

Option 2: From within Smoobu
Do not delete Airbnb as a portal. This will either not work in case you already have Airbnb bookings in the system or it may do nothing to your connection and simply hide it.
Follow the path settings - booking - portals - edit Airbnb
Then click on disconnect and select the accounts you would like to stop from being synced.
