Introduction
In case you have a you have a link blocked by Booking.com Messaging System, we recommend the following instructions on how to authorize certain links can reach your guests.
Getting started
1. Log into the Booking.com Extranet
2. Click Property / Messaging preferences
3. At the right, click Security Settings
Authorizing Links
1. Under Your Approved Links, click Add a link
2. Click Continue
3. Type in the link. Please note for links for Smoobu's Online Check-in form and Guest Guide, the link is custom for each guest. Therefore, recommend authorizing the domain.
- Online check-in: https://login.smoobu.com/en/online-check-in/check-in/
- Guest Guide: https://guest.smoobu.com/
4. Click Add link
5. Done! Should you have more links, please repeat Steps 1-4:
