There's a couple of possible reasons why you might not see your prices for Expedia/Booking/Agoda.
Case 1
You have connected your booking portal account to Smoobu, but you have not mapped your rate plan yet. You're missing 1 step for full connection.
Solution
Map your rate plans. Follow the path: Settings - booking portals - Expedia/Booking.com/Agoda - Additional price settings. Once this has been done, you'll now be able to see your existing prices.
Case 2
You have connected your booking portal account to Smoobu, and you have no prices on the booking portal yet.
Solution
1) First, make sure you map your rate plans. Settings - booking portals - Expedia/Booking.com/Agoda - Additional price settings
2) Then, enter your prices in your Smoobu Calendar tab. Need help with this?: Prices: synchronize rates including price and minimum length of stay 🎥
Pro tip: Keep in mind that if you first enter your prices and then connect a (new) booking portal, you will have to overwrite your prices for previous entries to be transferred. This guide will help: Overwrite prices / initial prices push

Expedia N/A Issue
I have synchroniyed the rates in the Smoobu Booking Portal and checked the base price in the Expedia portal however Expedia is still showing as N/A for 2023
