Overwrite prices / initial prices push

In order to enter prices in Smoobu and for these to be synchronized with the portals, please check out our Price synchronization guide and Mark-up guide. If you have already followed these but need to re-push your prices under your current settings, this video shows you how to sync pricing in 3 easy clicks!

Overwrite prices / initial prices push - When is it necessary?

Case 1: If you first entered your prices in Smoobu and then later connected to a booking portal / mapped a rate plan. Sync the pricing as per the video guide below. You will only have to do this once, as you are now connected to the booking portal and all new prices added to Smoobu will be automatically transferred to the portals. You can read more about this by clicking here (point 3).

Case 2: In case you changed the mark-up percentage after entering prices but only clicked on Save. This means that you didn't request the software to overwrite your previous price entries. If you wish to send the percentage mark-up live, then sync the pricing as per the video guide below.

How to do an initial prices push / sync

1) Head to Calendar / Settings (above prices table)

2) Click on Percentage adjustment and press Overwrite prices 

DONE!
