Customizing Your Notifications
Notification preferences are now possible to define for your Smoobu account.
To do so, click in top right of their Smoobu account on your name, followed by your User ID on the dropdown. On the next page, there is a hyperlink in the middle called Notification Preferences.
You'll find the following options:
Push notifications are only available on the Android app. They are not available on the IOS app or the Web App.
New message notifications
Smoobu will not send you email or push notifications (mobile) for Airbnb or Booking.com, as both portals already send you notifications when you receive a new message.

Hi, I had a new reservation about 2 hours ago but my calendar in smoobu did not register the booking.
