    I would like my money refunded as I have already paid for this application and cannot access this application. i have reset my password 5 times and continue to get the same message 


    Unable to log in with provided credentials


    I have followed the instructions on both sites Smoobu and Chekin and nothing. What I do know is that the money has already been taken out of my account and I have been unable to use the software to set up local tax
