*New* In Smoobu, you may now modify many of the settings on your myHTG listing. Any changes being saved here, are being saved on your myHTG listing and only apply to myHTG (not any other portal).

Route to HTG settings in Smoobu

These settings can be adjusted in Smoobu settings -> Booking portals -> Additional settings (HTG) or by clicking here.

Should you have more than one bookable unit, there will be a dropdown menu for you to select the listing which needs to be adjusted. .

This section consists of 3 tabs: Standard Fees and charges, Availability, and Discounts. We will describe each of them below. 

Standard fees and charges

On the Standard Fees and Charges tab, you can adjust the following settings:

• Price per night: This applies only if you haven't set a date-specific price in the Calendar/Pricing tab.
• Standard Guest Count: This determines the number of guests included in your price.

Availability 

In the Availability tab, you can modify the following settings:

• Default Minimum and Maximum Nights - Min nights and Max nights for your listing. Default nights apply only if you haven't set a date-specific minimum stay on the Calendar/Pricing page.
• Min days between Booking and Arrival: How far in advance guests can book before their arrival.
• Children: Toggle this setting on to exclude children under 2 years old from the total guest count.
• Arrival Days: Specifies the days available for check-in (applies year-round).
• Check-in Time: Set the hours during which guests are allowed to check in.
  
  • Check-in from: Earliest time guests are allowed to check in.
  • Check-in to: Latest time guests are allowed check in.
• Check-out Time: Set the time by which guests must check out.

Discounts

In the Discounts tab, you can adjust the length of stay discounts.

To modify these settings:

1. Enter a Discount: Specify the discount value, which you will later choose to apply as either an amount or percentage.
2. Minimum Nights/Threshold: Define the number of nights a guest must stay to qualify for the discount.
3. Choose Calculation Type:
   • Fixed: The discount is a fixed amount off the total stay (e.g., 10 euros).
   • Percentage: The discount is a percentage off the total stay (e.g., 10%)
