Integrate other portals via individual iCal links

Integrate Smoobu calendars into portals that are not on our list

Can't find your portal in our drop-down list? Not to worry! It is impossible to list every portal due to the vast number of booking platforms worldwide. Hence, we offer the "individual iCal" option, allowing you to link your availability calendars and synchronize reservations.

If a booking portal has the possibility of integration through iCal, you can use the "individual iCal" option. 

1) In Smoobu, go to Settings - Booking portals - Select portal: Individual iCal and click Add portal.

Now follow the instructions to connect. It is basically a link exchange between Smoobu and the portal you wish to connect. Please repeat the steps for all of your units. 

2) On the left side, you will find the Smoobu iCal link (highlighted below).  You must copy and paste it into the 'Import' field of the portal.

3) Then copy the Export iCal link from the booking portal and paste it into Smoobu, in the empty field on the right hand side - "Calendar link from the booking page (iCal)". 

Click save and you're done!

Please verify the transferred data, since there may be differences. 95% of the portals use the same standard, so the information should be synchronized correctly. Still, double check to be sure.
