For your guests to complete the online registration you should first create a template message in Smoobu. To do this, go to Settings / Communication.
Create an automatic message including the CheKin placeholder: [checkInOnlineUrl]
You can also use our message template called "CheKin - online check in", and set up the message for automatic or manual sending. Read here how to create a message in Smoobu.
The message will reach your guests, they will fill in the checkin information and through your connection with the CheKin App these data will be sent to the authorities. You can check the data before sending it to the authorities from your Chekin login in your mobile app or from your computer. The information will also be stored in your CheKin app.

Can the template be created in any other language outside English and German? e.g if I want user guide in Spanish
Hello Victor,
thank you for your comment. Yes, the template can be created in as many languages as you like and will be sent to the guest based on the language of the booking. The form will also be adapted to the language.
