Can I create my own invoice number?

Yes, you can. Our system creates invoice numbers in a sequential fashion and starts with "1" as the first invoice number. The next invoice is automatically generated with number "2" and so on.

You can reset the invoice number at any time. You simply have to enter "1" as the invoice number again on the next invoice and the system will start to generate the following invoice numbers sequentially as described above;

However, our invoicing system only works with numbers. So if you want to work with your own numerical range of invoices, it should only consist of of numbers. As soon as you add a letter, a space or a hyphen, the automatic numbering will stop working. You will have to manually enter the next invoice number each time.
