How to connect Ferienhausmiete.de

You can now connect your Smoobu account and synchronize your calendar, bookings and prices with Ferienhausmiete.de

General considerations

1. Ferienhausmiete.de offers 2 options of bookings. 
a.) Booking request
b.) 24 hour instant booking
No matter what your preference is, Smoobu can be connected and synchronized. 

2. You can activate price synchronization, only if you have already added your prices before in Smoobu. Please note that minimum nights stay is synchronized, it just is not visible in the Smoobu Prices calendar.

Step by Step

1. Please follow the path Settings / Booking portals and search for Ferienhausmiete.de
2. Choose the portal Ferienhausmiete.de and click on connect portal.
3. There is an API 2 way integration that can be activated just by clicking the button ''connect''
4. Smoobu sends (internally) a connection request to the portal and the synchronization will be activated during the following 24 hours.

Important: There is no initial import. Existing bookings have to be entered manually in your smoobu account. All future bookings will be imported automatically. 

P.S After connection, please push your prices through from Smoobu to Ferienhausmiete.de by following the path Calendar / Settings (above the prices table) / Percentage adjustment / Overwrite prices.
