How to connect Agoda to Smoobu?

Add the portal

In Smoobu go to Settings - Booking Portals. Search for Agoda among the booking channels and click on Add Portal. 

Follow the instructions for connection

You only have to follow 3 simple steps:

1. Enter the Agoda ID(s) to connect to Smoobu

Enter your Agoda ID(s). Click Save.

2. Send an email to Agoda 

Send an email to Agoda ([e-mail]) including your ID(s) and request the connection to Smoobu Channel Manager. Agoda will need to confirm the connection. 

As this is a manual action, it may take Agoda more than 24 hours to process your request and confirm the connection. Please wait until you receive the connection confirmation from Agoda, only then you can proceed to step 3.

3. Mapping in Smoobu (only possible once Agoda confirms the connection)

About 60 minutes after you receive the connection confirmation from Agoda, you will be able to complete the mapping of each property with its respective listing.

Click Save when you have completed mapping your properties and Agoda will be connected.

Done!

4. Select the rate plan and define additional settings (recommended).

Optionally, you can manage prices for Agoda from Smoobu in Calendar.

If you decide to use price synchronization from Smoobu to Agoda, make sure you have selected the rate plan and define additional price settings.

Follow the path Settings - Portals - Agoda: Additional pricing settings.

In this section:

Select the rate plan to synchronize.
Define maximum number of guests, currency, guests included in the base price and price per additional guest. Important: these settings must match the ones you have defined in your Agoda listing.

Once you have done this, you will be able to see your prices in Calendar.
