Connect Optimale Präsentation with Smoobu

To connect this portal to Smoobu, click on "Settings / Booking Portals" and then click on "Select booking portal". You enter the name into the search field and select "Optimal presentation". Don't be irritated by the fact that 2x Optimal Presentation appears there. The 2nd entry is used if you have more than one than one account. If you have only one account, please select the first one.  

To connect Optimal Presentation with Smoobu, open your Optimal Presentation account in the landlord area. Please use the contact form "Message to Service/Nachricht an Service" to get in touch with your contact person. In the subject field you simply enter "Please activate the channel manager Smoobu/Bitte den Channelmanager Smoobu aktivieren" as a keyword. That's all it takes!

Shortly after, the interface to Smoobu will be activated and you will find the access data visibly under a new menu item "Channelmanagement" in the Landlord area.

You then enter this data here:

Then you assign the ID's for your individual accommodations sent by Optimal Presentation and click on "Save/Speichern". 

After that you have to go to "Settings / Booking Portals / Optimal Presentation/Price Settings" make further settings to enable price synchronization.  

That's it from your side!

Then you may open a ticket from here, requesting the team to please send initial Availability and push Prices.
