1) Why is Smoobu adjusting the prices?
Since launching Smoobu in 2015, we’ve continuously released new innovations and expanded our product offering, including flexible tools to connect in more ways, to help make Smoobu the indispensable digital tool for thousands of customers.
To reflect the value that we’ve added and to ensure that we can keep investing in innovation, today we are announcing our first price increase.
We are building an even more robust and reliable software for an increasing number of users, more features, better UX. We aim to deliver a first class product and want to continue investing in the best functionality and customer service.
2) When will the price change be effective?
The price adjustment will take effect with the next renewal of your contract. You will be informed via email in advance in accordance with our terms and conditions.
3) Which pricing options are available for me?
Smoobu Professional
The monthly professional plan is available for 29€ (one unit) and 9€ for each additional unit. There are discounts for yearly (-10%) and 2-year (-20%) subscriptions.
Optional add on: Write-access accounts for 15€/month per additional account. Yearly and 2-year plan discounts apply.
Smoobu Teams
The monthly teams plan is available for 199€ (one unit) and 9€ for each additional unit. There are discounts for yearly (-10%) and 2-year (-20%) subscriptions.
This plan also includes:
- Unlimited Write-Access accounts
- Premium set up support service (1 hour)
- Priority Customer Service
- Booking System customization (CSS)

4) Where can I see my current price?
You can see your active subscription (plan and price) in your Smoobu session: Settings - Account - Change billing information.
Your past invoices can also be accessed on Settings - Account - Click here to access Smoobu invoices.
5) Can I revert the price changes?
We cannot make any exceptions to the price adjustment. You may however of course cancel your subscription before the next renewal from your Smoobu session

What can we expect for price increases in 2024?
In Faq price update 2022 you write:
"We are building an even more robust and reliable software for an increasing number of users, more features, better UX. We aim to deliver a first class product and want to continue investing in the best functionality and customer service”.
So Smoobu has gained more users through these new users, the turnover increases and thus more can be invested to increase reliability.
Despite that, the price is almost doubled.
Could you be a bit more specific about what features will be added in 2022?

72% price increase (AFTER ANNUAL PAYMENT DISCOUNT!).
2023 is our 6th year of working with Smoobu. I wonder how many clients we would lose if we increased our accommodation rates by a similar percentage?
Smoobu's SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is pitiful and perhaps non-existant (?), so I'll be expecting an improvement in the next year and looking out FOR THE FIRST TIME.... for an alternative.
Mr. Abraham and Ms. Flicker will need to justify this price increase...

I'm going to look for alternatives. Your price was the reason I chose you.
I am never against price increases, as long as it is reasonable. In normal terms, reasonable means 10-15%, not 85%. I will also be looking for alternatives.
From the comments above it is clear you have been rolling out these increases as subscriptions become due, informing people just one month before their renewal is due to make it as difficult as possible to cancel. I will be reverting to monthly subscription, and you can be sure that in a few months time, when I have made alternative arrangements I will be gone from your excessive proftieering.
